2024 Taste of Eastlake Exhibitor Information Form

Congratulations, it's official. You are one of our highly valued exhibitors for the Taste of Eastlake on August 23, 2024. We are here to help you have the best event possible. Don't hesitate to let us know if you have questions or requests. We also need some information from you. Below are questions that will help us create the rental, supply, and ice order. We also are required to provide State and San Diego County departments information, questions 1-9 are required fields for this purpose. Please complete this form by May 31st. Please make a note that exhibitors need to be fully set up by 5pm to be ready for the special pre-event media time and VIP registration at 5:30pm. Tables should remain completely in tact until 8:45pm. The event ends at 9:30pm.

What food or beverage will you serve at the event?

TABLES AND LINEN

Each vendor will receive two 6ft tables and floor-length black tablecloths. Feel free to drape your own branded materials on the tables. In the box above, please share any other support that you need for your table setup. For example, additional tables and linen.

ICE

We will provide the ice, but you will need to provide something to hold the ice and a dolly or cart to move the ice. How much ice should we order you?

SERVICE WARE

A wine glass will be provided to each guest. Additionally, plastic cups, napkins, and appetizer cups will be provided for your table. However, you can also bring your own. To help us prepare, please tell us what items you will provide.

FOOD PREP

Typically, food preparation happens before being brought to the event. In some special situations, grills are permitted for cooking. Please share any support you will need to serve your product, including electricity. Sorry, no charcoal. However, gas grills are permitted and require a notification on this form before the event.

TENT

This is event has a casual but elegant feel. Tents can have a "street fair" feel to them, not quite our ascetic. However, it will be warm in August and we want you to have shade. Do you have a 10 x 10 tent that you will bring?

SPECIAL CONSIDERATION

We encourage each vendor to create “above the table” décor to celebrate the "Around the World" Theme. Is this something that you will consider?

SUPPORT EQUIPMENT

We encourage you to bring your own cart or dolly. Will you bring your cart or dolly?
