2025 Taste of Eastlake Exhibitor Request Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2025 Taste of Eastlake at the Chula Vista Elite Training Center. This year's theme will be County Western. Spaces are limited so please fill out the information below by March 30, 2025. The first 7 questions are for the Health Department. We will submit the information to the Health Department so you will not need to submit any information directly.

Each vendor will receive two 6ft tables and floor-length black tablecloths. Feel free to drape your own branded materials on the tables. In the box above, please share any other support that you need for your table setup. For example, additional tables and linen.
We will provide the ice, but you will need to provide something to hold the ice and a dolly or cart to move the ice. How much ice should we order you?
You can use your own branded services ware if you like (napkin, plates, glasses) Alternatively, we can order service are to have at your station. Please tell us what items you will provide.
Typically, most food preparation happens before being brought to the event. In some special situations, grills are permitted for cooking. Please share any support you will need to serve your product, including electricity. Sorry, no charcoal. However, gas grills are permitted and require a notification on this form before the event. If you need a generator, you will be responsible to bring it with you.
Do you have a 10 x 10 tent with sides that you will bring with you?
We encourage each vendor to come in themed dress and create table décor to celebrate the "County Western Theme" Can you decorate your table to match this theme?
We encourage you to bring your own cart or dolly. Will you bring your cart or dolly?
