Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication! We have greatly simplified our end-of-the-year reporting. Please fill out your information on the form provided below. It is essential that I receive the first part of the report by June 30th. This is the portion of that outlines how the money was used last year. You can submit a partial form and complete the questions related to next year at a later time.

EEF Grant Funding Report for 2021-2022 and Future Grant Use Request for 2022-2023

To fulfill non profit governance duties, the EEF requires an accounting of the grants and donations that we provide. During the 2021-2022 school year, the EEF provided your school a $10,000 grant for technology and innovation. Please tell us how the grant was used by filling out the questions below. Additionally, the EEF has been working all year to raise money for the upcoming school year. You will be asked to tell us what your needs are for next years Technology Grant. Preferred areas include: 1) professional development for teachers to support the use of technology for future-forward learning, 2) Innovation in the classroom 3) programs that help kids discover future career paths by utilizing technology 4) devices to support digital learning. These area are based on feedback provided by Principals last year.
