Over the last 8 years, the EEF has contributed over $500,000 in grants and programs to 7 Eastlake schools. The funds and programs are focused on technology hardware and software, STEAM, professional development (to promote innovation), and community building programs. Each year the EEF fundraises for school Technology grants by hosting Taste of Eastlake. We ask each school to provide representatives to participate on the planning committee, secure a minimum of 2 sponsorships, and provide 2 silent auction baskets (one is a Principal Basket put together by each school Principal). We also rely on the school to help promote the event. Do you feel this is a reasonable expectation?*
