Taste of Eastlake Vendor Questionnaire

We are delighted that you will be one of the 2023 TASTE OF EASTLAKE food or beverage providers on April 28th at the Enagic Golf Club from 6 pm - 9 pm. Please take 5 minutes to complete this form. To begin, briefly describe how you would like us to promote you? (50 words or less)

Tables and Linen

Each vendor will receive two 6ft tables with table cloths (Royal Blue or Kelly Green). Feel free to drape your own branded materials on the tables. In the box above, please share any other support that you need from us for your table set up?

Ice and Coolers

Ice will be provided but please bring a cooler to maintain the temp. Can you estimate the amount of ice that will be needed for your area? 20 pounds, 40 pounds, 60 pounds. 80 pounds?

Service

A wine glass will be provided to each guest. Additionally, plastic cups, napkins, and appetizer cups will be provided to serve your items. However, you can also bring your own. To help us prepare, do you anticipate bringing your own cups, plates, or napkins.

Food prep

Typically, food preparation happens before being brought to the event. In some special situations, grills are permitted for cooking. Please share any support you will need to serve your product, including electricity.

Special Consideration

We encourage each vendor to create “above the table” décor to celebrate the 30th anniversary. Is this something you will be considering?

Support Equipment

A limited number of carts and dolly’s will be available. We encourage you to bring your own so that you have it when you need it. Will you bring for your cart or dolly?
