Rachel is the Regional Vice President at Walters Management. She has worked in all areas of community development from new construction development, programming of events and activities, fiscal management, governance/legal adherence, municipal/governmental liaison and strategic planning. Prior to coming to San Diego Rachel managed community associations for 9 years. She has served on the Board of Directors at the Highline Botanical Garden Foundation in Seattle, WA. Additionally she served as Committee Chair for the Community Assocation Institute.
