As a Chula Vista native, I am passionate about giving back and making a positive difference in my community. Giovanna is the Communications Officer for the Chula Vista Elementary School District. She is a strategic communications professional with experience managing and executing communication campaigns, crisis management, media relations, community outreach, event planning, and public affairs. As the CVESD communications Officer, she supports the largest transitional kindergarten through sixth grade school district in California. She is also a proud SDSU alumna with a bachelor’s degree in communication.
