During her tenure, she has served many roles such as Board President, Vice President, Treasurer, Cycle EastLake and Run Committee Member, and Taste
This year six students (one from each school) in a graduating/or promoting class from local EastLake schools had the opportunity to receive a technology scholarship from the EEF. Students were invited to write an essay about their goals in life and why they think they deserve to win this scholarship. The foundation received 64 excellent applications from deserving students.

The EastLake Educational Foundation (EEF) recently awarded a combined amount of $144,600 to fund technology for the 2015-2016 school year; $19,100 was awarded to each school: EastLake Elementary, Salt Creek Elementary, Olympic View Elementary, Arroyo Vista Charter School, EastLake Middle School and EastLake High School.
