Ways to Donate to the EEF

Public Schools are the heart of the community.

The quality of our community is determined by our residents and a few key institutions. Public schools are certainly at the top of the list. Please remember to generously support our public schools with a donation to the EEF, a 501(3)c non-profit, whose entire mission is to support our schools. You will feel good knowing that every dollar raised will go to our schools AND is an investment in the future of our neighborhood!

2. AMAZON SMILE is Easy!

This is one of the easiest ways to give! If you make purchases through Amazon then make sure a portion of your purchase goes to the schools.  Simply put smile.amazon.com in your Browser. Select the search tab and select EastLake Educational Foundation as your nonprofit of choice. It takes less than 5 minutes.

3.  Employer Matching Funds

Give your donation twice the impact. Many employers will match a donation made to a nonprofit organization. Check with your human resources department to find out if your employer participates.

4. Sponsor an Event

Show your support by becoming a sponsor for one of our three signature Events: Taste of EastLake, the Come Together Community Campaign, or with an Annual Sponsorship..

Consider hosting a 3rd Party Event at your business and donate the proceeds to the EEF. Contact the EEF to make arrangements.

5. Make a Planned Gift

Making a will is an important way to extend your love, care, generosity, and gratitude to family, friends and your community. It is also an excellent way to support the EEF mission.

Bequest a gift in your Will or Trust

A charitable bequest can be as simple as one or two sentences included in your will or living trust that names the EastLake Educational Foundation as the recipient of a  specific item, an amount of money, or a gift contingent upon certain events or a percentage of your estate.

Designate the EEF a Beneficiary on Your Financial Account

A beneficiary designation clearly identifies how specific assets will be distributed after your death. They ensure your money will go directly to the EastLake Educational Foundation without routing through a costly probate process.
