ElizabethElizabeth Gianulis, M.S., CAGS, BCBA, Director of Multi-Tiered System of Supports: Chula Vista Elementary School District

Elizabeth works with administrators, teachers, and staff to support the whole child, academically, behaviorally, and through social-emotional learning. She has previously worked as a Program Specialist, Behavior Specialist, and School Psychologist. Elizabeth is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), has a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in School Psychology from Northeastern University. Her professional interests and specialties include trauma informed care, mindfulness, Restorative Practices, universal screening, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL). Heather Nemour, M.A., Program Specialist, Student Support Services: Student Wellness & Positive School Climate San Diego County Office of Education

Heather Nemour is a Program Specialist: Student Wellness & Positive School Climate for the San Diego County Office of Education. Ms. Nemour provides technical assistance, coaching and training to districts and school communities across the county and state in suicide prevention, student/staff mental health & wellness and positive school climate. Ms. Nemour has 18 years of leadership experience in the family strengthening field at the state national, state and local level and was instrumental in the development and sustainability of a network of five school-based Family Resource Centers in the South Bay. Additionally, she taught sociology courses in the surrounding community colleges and National University.

Gloria McKearney
MS Biology, MA Educational Leadership and Administration

Gloria served as Principal within CVESD for 18 years- 9 of those years she was principal at Olympic View Elementary. Gloria serves on the EEF Board of Directors and volunteers her time to support many educational endeavors, including efforts that promote STEAM education and support for military families. She is a trusted member of the community and we are fortunate to have her leading this very important conversation of SEL.
