I want to give back to the community that I live in now that I’m retired. I want to make a difference so students are exposed to the myriad of career choices.
Debbie is a senior leader with management experience overseeing Navy shore installation infrastructure for facilities, vehicles, and equipment. She has managed a workforce of 600+ people and responsible for business process development, and standardization, training, hiring, and program management for a workforce of 900+employees. She coordinated corporate initiatives with headquarters and field organizations throughout the country. In her program management role, she facilitated strategic planning & implementation. She also served as a Navy “ train the trainer” instructor.
